Ovens with Burner
Wood-burning ovens made of refractory clay from Pereruela. The main characteristic of this type of clay oven that we manufacture at Alfarería Rosa is that it has a compartment at the bottom called the burner that transmits heat to the upper compartment which is the clay oven through a hole in the surface of the oven, having a constant communication between both chambers of smoke and heat through the hole and the base of the clay oven itself.
