CHARACTERISTICS
Piece made with Pereruela refractory clay and put to market some years ago with great success by Rosa Pottery Workshop.
Its strips make it a characteristic clay pot for roasting suckling pigs as they prevent the meat from being in contact with the fat and water, and therefore remains golden and very crunchy.They are pieces that due to their strips are more complicated to manufacture than the normal roaster pots without these strips since their elaboration and drying are slower.
The fact that the strips are made with the same refractory clay as the pot gives an unmistakable flavor to all our roasts and it is no longer necessary to place the laurel or thyme sticks or the typical wooden spoons to easily cook our tasty roasts and they are crispy, we only have to put a good raw material and Pereruela's clay pot does the rest.
Its main use is for roasts lambs, suckling pigs, fish either in our wood-fired ovens as in electric ones, barbecues, low fire ...
The measurements range from 35 cm to 65 cm (5 in 5 cm) and the capacities are the same as those of the normal oval-shaped clay pot. In Rosa pottery workshop we are committed from the beginning with quality and with our clients, giving them the best of our precious refractory clay at the best price.
From 35 cm to 50 cm they include three strips.
From 55 to 65 cm they include four strips.

ALL THE MEASUREMENTS OF OUR REFRACTORY CLAY POTS ARE APPROXIMATE SINCE ALL OF THEM ARE MANUFACTURED IN ARTISANAL WAY WITH ANCESTRAL TECHNIQUES AS IT IS THE TECHNIQUE OF THE CLAYTURNING AND THERE MAY BE SOME VARIATION OF MILIMETRES IN THEM.
