Rectangular-Shaped Roaster Clay Pot Suckling Pig

Piece made in Rosa Pottery Workshop with refractory clay from the area of Pereruela

Its appearance is similar to the rectangular-shaped roaster but has some strips to separate the water from the food which makes it one of the best-selling pieces to use in electric ovens, microwaves and gas ovens, without forgetting of course the famous clay and wood-fired ovens or the new refractory ovens (ready to use) of Rosa Pottery Workshop.

Its manufacturing as we mentioned before is 100% refractory clay from Pereruela, and the enamel we use in Rosa Pottery Workshop is lead-free complying with all the regulations required by the Health Department.

The rectangular-shaped roaster is used as well as the oval-shaped roaster for all kinds of roasts of lamb/suckling lamb, tostón/suckling pig, cannelloni, lasagna, baked fish ...

IMPORTANT NOTE

ALL THE MEASUREMENTS OF OUR REFRACTORY CLAY POTS ARE APPROXIMATE SINCE ALL OF THEM ARE MANUFACTURED IN ARTISANAL WAY WITH ANCESTRAL TECHNIQUES AS IT IS THE TECHNIQUE OF THE CLAYTURNING AND THERE MAY BE SOME VARIATION OF MILIMETRES IN THEM.
