CHARACTERISTICS

The round-shaped dish of refractory clay, is a very demanded piece by both individuals and professionals who want to offer their customers quality in their meat and fish. It is made of refractory clay of Pereruela in an artisanal way with the technique of clayturning. 

MEASUREMENTS.

• The measurements range from 16 cm to 40 cm (2 in 2 cm).

 USES.

• Its round shape makes it a very useful dish, apart from the typical steak or sirloin, also to put octopus, sausages or to make pizzas in the wood-fired ovens of Rosa Pottery Workshop. Its refractory clay allows to use it with barbecues and prepare sausages, ribs... or with gas ovens (pizzas, eggs in the oven ...).

• Use as special plates for roasting prawns, lamb chops, etc ... in order to be served on the table after cooking.

This piece, like the other pieces that Rosa Pottery Workshop offers, can be used in all kinds of fire (electric ovens, wood-fired oven of Rosa Pottery Workshop, ceramic stoves, induction stoves (with specific adaptor), grills, barbecues, clay ovens, assembled ovens ready to use, ovens with burner, microwave, chimneys ...)
